Over the last 4 years, rent has skyrocketed in the Valley and housing insecurity has become all too common for those working a full-time job. SJW developed the Workforce Villages program for individuals who are working but have no way to save for the move-in costs required to obtain their own apartment. Over the last year, we have started to offer the program as an HR tool for partnering businesses so their team members can utilize our program before it impacts their attendance and performance.
