We believe the only way out of poverty is a paycheck and November was a great month for our community!
Because of you, 786 clients were served in November. Of those 786 individuals, 509 are now employed and earning an average wage of $16.93. Not to mention that 83 percent of these new employees are eligible for benefits!
This is a big impact in their life and their journey on their path to success.
Last year in November, we saw 580 clients and employed 400 clients. Our clients are making on average nearly $17 an hour this year! Last year our clients were making around $15.50.
This is significant, and it not only demonstrates growth within our organization, but also demonstrates our ability to help clients become sustainable through quality employment opportunities.
We believe there is dignity in work, and because of our efforts, over 500 clients gained #employment this month!
