The Teen Workforce Initiative is a collaboration between St. Joseph the Worker and Dress for Success Phoenix to help teens and young adults become employable and employed, so that they never fall into the troubling demographic of “disconnected youth” – those that are neither in school nor working and struggle in their young adulthood. Together, we go into high schools, colleges and other locations where young people are served, meeting them where they are already comfortable and giving them access to resources to help them be more workforce ready and better employees. Creating early success in young adulthood makes all the difference for their futures!
We host online Teen Workforce Initiative Workshops every other Thursday at 10:00 AM. To join us, click the button below to view our workshop calendar and the meeting information for each workshop.
